RBC Cable Technologies, Inc. serving the marketplace with cabling and design services for audio, video and data communications, is opening a new, 6,000 square foot plant on June 1 at 152 Route 206 South, Hillsborough, New Jersey. Substantially larger than the previous location in Lebanon, the new building is centrally located to better serve the Company’s customers.
The state-of-the -art facility houses an exciting Demonstration Theatre, which opens in July. It features a complete stand alone room that enables customers to see exactly what they can have in their own homes. Also included is the latest projector and sound equipment with lighting control and seating. Company President Ray Bindus notes: “This concept is completely unique, as it enables the customer to live the experience rather than imagine it, which is very exciting.”
The new location will also allow the Company to warehouse a larger inventory of common products and components to better meet client needs. Additionally, there is a special area to prestage equipment. “This new space will be used to set up apparatus for testing and programming before delivery,” continues Bindus, “allowing us to ensure efficiency and reduced costs at the installation site. As a result, customers will be able to enjoy a custom application just that much quicker,” he concludes.
